Be Like JESUS
What does it look like to be like Jesus? God invites us to look more like Jesus each month, year, and decade of our lives. Yet all our determination and best effort will not get us there. It is only with the help of God’s Spirit that we become like Jesus. During this series, we'll explore teachings from the New Testament that will lift the burden of self-powered character development and reveal the freedom that comes when we partner with the Holy Spirit on the journey of becoming like Jesus.
This month's memory verse: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. - Galatians 5:22-23a
Week 1: The lesson about the Fruit of the Spirit will teach us that God helps us be like Jesus. Scripture Passage: Galatians 5
Week 2: The lesson on Unity will show us that God brings us together. Scripture Passage: Ephesians 4
Week 3: Learning about Joy and Contentment will teach us that they come from God. Scripture Passages: Philippians 2-4
Week 4: In talking about Faith, we'll see that God is faithful and good . Scripture Passage: Hebrews 11

Kids Church
Our team uses Bible-based, up-to-date multimedia technology, weekly family interactive questions that are available on Wonder@Home, Bible memory games, and more. We hope SC Kids is just the beginning of a life-long, character-building, exciting journey with Jesus for your kids.
Service Times: Every Sunday at 9:30am. Check-in starts at 9:15am in the Barn for all ages from infant through 6th grade before heading off to their classrooms.

Vacation Bible School (VBS) 2026

Join us this year on a grand Irish adventure! Our theme is Emerald Crossing, and we will spend the week working our way through Psalm 23 to answer the question, Is there a God who cares?
VBS is July 20th-24th and is for children who will be in Kindergarten (age 5) through 6th grade in Fall 2026.
