  • When in history has God brought the nation of Israel back from massive death and destruction and returned them to the Promised Land?
  • Read Ezekiel 37 together and look for the words “I will”. What are the things God says He will do? (Verses 5, 6, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21 22, 23, 26, 27)
  • What does this chapter say people will know when God does all these things? (Verses 6, 13, 14, 28)
  • When do you believe Verses 24-28 will come to pass?
  • How does this chapter relate to resurrection, restoration and Easter?

  • How does this chapter reassure you about God’s faithfulness to His everlasting covenant with Israel? What doubts do you deal with?
  • Where do you and we fit into God’s everlasting covenant?
  • How do you personally relate to the image of dry bones being formed into a body, God’s Spirit breathing life into it, living in unity in the Promised Land, having one shepherd king and being God’s people forever?
  • What questions do you have about all this?
Start praying:  Be bold and pray with power.
  • Praise God for His everlasting covenant and His power to enforce it.
  • Thank God that you have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus, adopted into His family, and have come into a covenant relationship with Him.
  • Pray for the nation of Israel and for Jewish people everywhere to fulfill God’s plan for them.
  • Pray for God to bring about unity and obedience in the Body of Christ, and that the Church would be a powerful witness to Israel.
Start doing:  Commit to a step and live it out this week.
  • Pray daily for the nation of Israel to fulfill God’s plan and that many Jews and Palestinians will come to Jesus through the hardship of the war in Gaza.
  • Invite someone to the Easter service and pray that the Holy Spirit will speak to them.
